Terms & Conditions for pk17

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk17 online gaming platform, accessible at https://pk17.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by the pk17 brand (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our").

pk17 is an English-language online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games and related gaming services to adult users. The Platform serves players across Pakistan, including those located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, as well as internationally accessible markets. All content, promotions and communications on the Platform are produced and delivered in English.

By registering an account, making a deposit or accessing any game or feature on the pk17 Platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Your access to and use of the pk17 Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and account holders.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that:

1. You are of legal age to engage in online gambling in your jurisdiction (at minimum 18 years of age, or the higher age threshold mandated by the Operator's license jurisdiction);
2. You have read and understood these Terms in full, including the Responsible Gambling provisions in Section 9;
3. You are not registering on behalf of a third party;
4. Your participation in gaming activities through pk17 does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your country, province or region of residence;
5. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is entirely prohibited and enforced against users.

To open and maintain an Account with pk17, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, same household or shared device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or voluntary exclusion from gambling platforms, whether imposed by pk17 or any other operator.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Operator or its affiliated partners are not eligible to hold a player Account.

The Operator reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

When registering your pk17 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must update your account information promptly whenever any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you notify pk17 immediately upon discovering unauthorised access.

pk17 will never contact you by email, live chat or phone to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from pk17 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

6.1 Deposits. Funds deposited into your pk17 Account must originate from a payment method that is legally owned by and registered to you. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by another person on your behalf — are prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount and available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. Payment method names referenced across the pk17 Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar payment references for Pakistani users only. Their inclusion on this Platform does not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with, or guarantee of support for gambling transactions by any of those providers. Actual availability is subject to change by the Operator without prior notice.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the Operator's withdrawal policies. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is approved. Withdrawal processing timelines are communicated in the cashier section and are subject to your payment provider's own processing schedules.

6.3 Currency. Accounts may be operated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or other currencies as enabled by the Operator. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the rate displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through pk17 are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, maximum bet-per-spin or per-wager during bonus play, bonus expiry period and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements express the total sum that must be staked on qualifying games before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement obligates the player to wager a total of PKR 30,000 on eligible titles within the bonus validity window.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slots contribute at 100%, while live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%). The exact contribution schedule is specified in each promotion's terms.

7.4 Abuse Prevention. pk17 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-variance staking patterns designed to convert bonus funds, or use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses — is detected.

8.1 Sports Betting. All sports wagers placed through pk17 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport and market. In the event of any ambiguity regarding the outcome of a wager, the decision of the Operator's trading team shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute process outlined in Section 12.

8.2 Cricket & PSL Markets. pk17 offers markets on Pakistan domestic cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments including T20 World Cup, ODI World Cup, and Champions Trophy, and international Test, ODI and T20I matches involving Pakistan. Market availability, pre-match odds opening times and in-play suspension rules are determined by the Operator's sportsbook provider and are subject to change.

8.3 Casino & Slot Games. All outcomes in casino and slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by the real-time decisions of live dealers operating under regulated studio conditions. Published RTP percentages are certified by independent testing laboratories and reflect theoretical long-term return rates, not guaranteed outcomes on any individual session.

8.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live event, the Operator will apply its technical failure policy, which aims to be fair and consistent. This may involve voiding the affected wager and returning the stake, or confirming the result if sufficient data exists to verify it conclusively. The Operator's decision in such cases is final.

pk17 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It is not a means of generating income, and it is not suitable for individuals who are under the legal gambling age, financially vulnerable, or who have a history of problem gambling.

• Loss Limits: Cap your total net losses within a defined period to prevent runaway losses during a session.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a short defined period (typically 24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform for a minimum period specified by the Operator. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the exclusion will be applied across all access channels.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk17 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or facilitating the registration of multiple Accounts by related parties for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including for betting, wagering or completing KYC processes;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corrupt activity in connection with sports events on which bets are placed through the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money, make fraudulent transactions or otherwise facilitate financial crime;
• Providing false identity information, documents or representations at any point in the account lifecycle;
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software for financial gain;
• Sharing account credentials, allowing third parties to operate your account or accepting compensation for placing bets on behalf of others;
• Any conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play or that undermines the integrity of the gaming environment.

Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, permanent ban from the Platform and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All intellectual property on the pk17 Platform — including but not limited to the pk17 brand name and logo, website design, layout, text content, game interfaces, graphics, sounds and software — is owned by or licensed to the Operator. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content from the Platform without prior written permission;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software;
• Use pk17 branding, logos or visual assets in any third-party context without authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on an external website or service.

12.1 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises. The Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational harm.

12.2 No Guarantee of Availability. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and is not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, outages, network disruptions or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

12.3 Dispute Resolution. If you have a dispute regarding a specific wager outcome, account transaction or promotional decision, you must contact pk17 customer support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. The Operator will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days. Decisions made by the Operator's dispute resolution team are final subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Your own voluntary self-exclusion request;
• Inactivity for a period defined in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon closure of your Account, any verified real-money Balance (excluding pending or forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding disputes.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable laws in your country of residence, to the extent that such laws cannot be excluded or overridden by contractual agreement.
